What shipping methods are available? 

We use FedEx/USPS/UPS for express delivery within the USA, with a shipping fee of $4.25 per order. However, each order can only have one shipping address.

How long will it take to get my package? 

Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

Transit Time: The estimated delivery time for orders within the USA is 1-7 business days. However, during peak periods (such as holidays), packages may be delayed. Therefore, from the moment you pay for this order, you may receive your package within 2-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA and do not provide international shipping services.

What payment methods are accepted? 

We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method.

Any additional taxes or fees? 

We do not collect tax on any orders.

Is buying online safe?

Can I cancel my order? 

If your order has already been shipped, we will recall the package and charge a 10% management fee of the total order amount. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge.

Can I switch my order? 

You cannot modify your order directly; you can only cancel the order and place a new one.

Can I return or refund my order?

Customers can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. We only accept returns of items that are new and unused. You can read our Return and Refund Policy to learn more.

What is the policy’s time frame? 

The return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds will be processed.

I haven’t received any packages from my order. What can I do? 

If the order status shows complete but you have not received your package, first check around your location for possible placement in another spot. If you still cannot find it, contact our customer support team. If the package is lost due to the courier’s fault, we will provide compensation within 3 business days after verification to ensure your financial security.
